The Black 6 Project to Conduct Relief Aid Program in the Bahamas. Here’s how you can help.
Hurricane Dorian hit the vicinity of the Bahamas last September. This hurricane is considered as one of the most devastating catastrophes that ever crossed the Caribbean and caused damage ranging from $1.5 billion to $3 billion (CNBC, 2019). A number of major and local roads were damaged by the hurricane, and beaches have been reportedly eroded.
Continuing our mission of reaching out to those in need, we The Black 6 Project, will be conducting a disaster relief program from December 9 to 20, 2019. Six veterans will be taking part in the project as we help residents get back up from the unfortunate disaster. We will be partnering with Tropic Ocean Airways, an aviation company providing scheduled service flights throughout Florida and the Bahamas. Tropic Ocean Airways will be providing seaplanes, which we will be utilizing to roam around the area during the relief aid program.
The Black 6 Project will also be partnering with Global Empowerment Mission, a non-profit organization sharing the same mission of helping those who were struck by calamities.
